Maelor YFC have continued to compete in most YFC activities at county level. We continue to be a young and active club with members taking part in a variety of sports and entertainments. Highlights of the year include the Rally at Rhug Estate, where we came first in several competitions including Rally sign and craft. We were also successful in winning the English public speaking competition by competing in every age group. Our Christmas dance and presentation evening was, as always, well attended by past and present members as well as members from other clubs. Our “famous” raft race this year drew the most competitors ever. We also took part in an exchange visit, hosting a group from Scotland. We welcome all new members at any meeting and invite you to come along and join in our fun at the regular Club challenges.
